Tyshanti de Jonge

Tyshanti de Jonge (1986), previously senior associate at Loyens & Loeff (Rotterdam) and foreign associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett (New York), has been involved in a large number of mergers and acquisitions. Tyshanti’s practice covers domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, including private equity transactions. She advises on both Dutch and cross-border transactions and counsels numerous companies on aspects of corporate governance and joint ventures.

Tyshanti acted for numerous listed and non-listed companies in M&A transactions, including Zeeland Seaports in connection with its merger with Port of Ghent, resulting in the cross border port entity named North Sea Port and positioning itself in the top-10 of European Seaports, and Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp and Mitsubishi in connection with their joint acquisition of a substantial minority stake in HERE Technologies, a leading location tech company.

Tyshanti earned a civil law and business law degree at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2009 and 2010.
